Sarah this morning comes runnning in "daddy, please make me some waffles. Mommy is making them to slow."
Then later, since we had snow, mommy askes "I'm staying home today, and we can play. Wouldnt that be nice?"
Sarah "no, you can go to work, I want daddy to stay home and play."

Its ok. She'll live. Ever since she went to work, I spend more time with the wee one.
I've suggested the same to teh Mrs, but you know women...they never listen.
