Today's Sarahism
Today, on the way the school, dropping her and her friend off, her friend had his Sniech from Dr Suess stuffed toy. And he was showing it to her and all, and mommy commented that see, that's how you share stuff with your friends.
Her response? "Mommy, I'm not in the mood to share today."

Owen wanted to take his monster truck into school today until I reminded him that he would have to share it with all his classmates.
"Mom, I better leave this truck in the car."
Heh, thats funny.......
and that's why don't really mind living alone.
Except of course, you insides have gone all moved around and squishy lately......
When I was doing daycare...I had one big rule about toys....
No one brings any toys from home ..period...nap time things were okay but they were only for nap time.
That way everyone learned how to share..always easier to learn about sharing toys when they are someone elses...so ...I shared ALL my toys with them and so they had to share them with eachother.. worked really well..
IT was always the parents that I had the hardest time with they thought it unfair that their child couldn't bring toys from home...
oh well...I wanted kids to be happy while in my care..and why would I want them crying if someone else was having a turn with their toy etc.
and i'm rather enjoying the feeling. who knew?
ehem.... well i'm sure your friend's child kept that toy in his school bag like a good little boy, he probably just wanted to show his teacher. :)
Which he did, show his teacher. But not before trying to beat sarah with it....(kidding).
Is it really only 52 degrees there? What a PERFECT time of year for that recipe you asked me for. Remember??? I wrote it out on my blog, and you wanted it explained in even further step by step detail so you could surprise Kim one night? That was two months ago I think.
I think Kim deserves a home made meal or I need back that extra hour of my life that I spent writing in every tiny detail! :) I was just making that meal and it reminded me. Since you can't give me back that hour of my life, I think you better go to the grocery store and get busy, mister!
