Havent gamed in the last week do to RL items, but here is my workshop. And yes I'm busy with projects:

Ok, slight exageration, but it was last day of class is called show week. enjoy.

Bundle of Trouble

So sarah had a playdate yesterday, so I took her(got off early from work, since the Mrs had to work).

She has a little friend, a boy called sage. They play evry nice together and with his little sister sabrina(who's maybe a year old).

So the mom and I talking in the kitchen, and sage comes running inand says "sarah pushed me."

Now it can be that bad, since he's not crying and he outweights her by 15 pounds or so.

So sarah comes up and I ask her "did you push him, and why"

Sarah's response was "well, he didnt say stop."

The mom and I had a hard time not laughing......and off they played again.

Snark Part II

Sarah this morning comes runnning in "daddy, please make me some waffles. Mommy is making them to slow."

Then later, since we had snow, mommy askes "I'm staying home today, and we can play. Wouldnt that be nice?"

Sarah "no, you can go to work, I want daddy to stay home and play."

Apples never fall far from the tree

Sarah jumping on the couch.

Mommy says" sarah stop jumping on the couch"

Sarah's response "Mom, stop being so difficult"

Daddy tries so hard.....

Old school toys

Someone discovered daddy's lincoln logs. And likes them.

I hate Mother Nature

Sorry, I do. Much like most women, she's a bicth, AND cant make up her mind.

For example:

2 days ago it snowed, it was below 20's or lower. Today, its 60 degrees, all the snow melted, BUT thre's 50 mile an hour winds, bridges are closed, so still cant do anything useful for work. Have to postpone till tomorrow.

*rolls eyes* I'm sure tomorrow it'll snow again. Just watch.

Gaming

I really havent roleplayed in years, since working and family I have little time. But I still wargame.

I'm a member of http://www.hqtheclub.org/main.html a bunch of adults who basically rent their own space and have their own club house......*grin* Yes, its a bucnh of 25, 35, 45 year olds with their own club house, playing with toy soldiers. Beats golf as a hobby hands down. No funny pants required.

Working on a new army, as my pride and joy sisters of battle are, for the most part, done! I've worked on them them for many, many years(something like 5 or so), which you can see here, The army is called Sisters of Divine Charity(a small inside joke):

Prior to that were old school tyranids(Hive Fleet Vrykrl), which was another 5+ years of work in progress.

So next up are tau, I'll have work in progress and some game reports as well.....crushed my last opponent quite brutally last week. We'll see whats on the docket this week.

This is Sarah

My daughter, almost 3 in march. Going on 14, I swear. She doesnt act 2ish at all.

Very smart. I know I know, every parent says that. But when you are at a resturant and 2 retired teachers come over out of their way to comment on how bright she is(among others), somehow I get the feeling she's better than average.

Sometimes I swear she's too smart for her own good. You cant trick her like you can most kids her age. It never works, she thinks things through.

Let me give you an example:

At this age, she can, from start to finish, put in a DVD movie and get it running by herself. No one taught her how, she learned by watching us do it.......

Get use to seeing more of her.

Did you ever just know?

And I mean just know Something? Just flat out, absolutely KNOW something, never read it, never seen it, no tangeable proof, know something?

I get those from time to time. And today, I just have this feeling the Mrs is pregnant. No signs of it, all tests negative, She doesnt feel it, But I get the feeling..... The Mrs keeps syaing no.

Oh well, we'll see.

And so on.
